Science alliance announces 2025-26 GAte Award recipients

This year’s GATE awards represent an investment of over $600,000 in UT’s next generation of scientific leaders. Each recipient will receive a 12-month appointment, including a stipend, tuition, and benefits.

The GATE program is one of many ways UT-ORII supports collaborative research between the University of Tennessee and Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) — building a powerful pipeline of talent and innovation.
