As UT-ORII’s Communications & Marketing Coordinator, Patricia Contic plays a critical role in supporting and elevating the impact of the institute’s education, research and workforce development efforts.

Contic is a strategic communication professional with over 10 years of experience in public relations. Before joining UT-ORII, she was the Communications Manager for UT’s Howard H. Baker School of Public Policy and Public Affairs. She spent eight years in Washington, D.C., working in government relations and public relations for clients that included non-profits, private corporations and federal agencies.  

Contic holds a master’s in political management from George Washington University and earned her B.A. from West Virginia Wesleyan. She enjoys traveling around the world with her writing community and, when not working, can be found with her nose in a book or writing one of her own.
