Diego A Hincapie Ossa is an Economics and Employment Modeler at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. He is also a University of Tennessee-Oak Ridge Innovation Institute Fellow, working with the institute’s Circular Bioeconomy Systems Convergent Research Initiative.
Diego’s research focuses on developing and applying tools to support decisions and policy towards a more sustainable implementation and transformation of industrial systems, considering interactions with people and the environment.
He has ten years of experience contributing to project planning, promotion, and evaluation in the power generation and transportation infrastructure industries and in environmental and energy policy analysis.
